The Client Consultant’s Toolkit
Mintel is a Global research provider with a broad consultancy arm helping many large global corporations from Banks to FMCG manufacturing giants.
They needed their team of 30 young (and not so young) consultants to be equipped with the tools and confidence to develop new trusted advisor relationships, win proposals and pitches and win repeat business too.
Over 3 sessions we upskilled them with 3 modules:
- What do clients do all day?
- Demystifying how clients think and act and helping the team to find the language and tools to talk confidently to clients about their business.
- Storytelling for Business:
- Using Hollywood storytelling techniques to help participants re-craft woolly proposals into concise, compelling elevator pitches.
- Making meetings Memorable:
- Teaching this young cohort the lost art of the in-person meeting. Post covid this can be a huge differentiator enhancing customer success and creating repeat business.
