We refined and reshaped the annual innovation cycle and gate processes for Dr Oetker’s global innovation team and helped them co-create category growth-driving product ideas with their local market colleagues.
The result: a new corporate approach and attitude to product innovation and a set of new concepts ready to be launched in 2024.
